First, the main motor won't start. Cause: When starting, the main motor circuit is faulty. Such as: no release of the emergency stop button; The related components of the starting part of the main motor fail. These components may not be able to be used because of over-protection, or may be damaged. The power supply is faulty. Measures are as follows: check the circuit is not damaged; Check whether the device is overprotected or damaged; Check whether the power supply is normal.
Second, the slider cannot go down quickly. Cause: There may be problems with guide rail, rear retaining shaft, proportional servo valve, etc. The measures are as follows: check whether the slider guide rail fits properly respectively; See if there is any problem with the setting value of the rear stop shaft; Then check the proportional servo valve is normal. After checking, you can make the press work better.
Finally, the slider cannot be bent. Cause: the bending parameters are inappropriate; Insufficient pressure, in addition, there may be programming errors, parameter setting errors, hydraulic imbalance; Then the measures are as follows: check the bending parameter to see the actual value of the Y-axis, which is very important. If it does not meet the requirements, you should modify the setting value as soon as possible to make it greater than the value of the speed conversion point, otherwise it cannot be used; Check whether there are operation reasons, and setting values, or hydraulic problems; You can use a pressure gauge, or a multimeter to detect the pressure, then check the working position of each component is correct, finally check the oil and filter element, and finally check the oil pump and its coupling.
